Dr. Warshall and Dr. Mezera saved my life. Dr. Mezera is patient and explains everything in detail. She explained all my scans in detail. Some Drs, just give you their opinions and leave in 5 mins or seem annoyed you are questioning things. She's awesome!

I don't see where they would restrict payment of most types but my recommendation would be to contact the health care provider directly.
To be honest I've never even heard of it. I went to MD Anderson for some genetic testing for something else with my blood. But if your physician is as good as mine was yesterday you'll have no problems with anything.

They are there all day I believe. And it is free if you are or if you are transporting a patient there
