I was trying to get information on my newborn daughter's insurance card and I was on hold for 45+ min before the phone call was just ended with no one answering.

today i waited 45 minutes on hold. once a lady finally responded and said hello, i took no more than 3 seconds to unmute my phone to say hello back. in the middle of me saying hi to her, she hung up on me. i understand you’re busy and likely short staffed, but if you’re gonna put people on hold for nearly an hour, at least give them a few seconds to stop whatever they’re doing to answer you, because I can assure you they aren’t listening to the glitchy hold music you’re playing for them the whole time they wait.

Individual departments don’t have phone holds. If you want to talk to someone, just go ahead and guess which 30 second window of the day has 0 callers! Easy! Thanks guys :)

there's one answer to this. Some one that wants to answer the phone, I'm sure would be the appropriate common sense answer.
I wouldn't. I made the mistake of getting ebt and that is how my medical insurance was ruined.

I bekieve that yes he is elligable as long as he doesnt make more then 1600 a month.
Take him to another county. These wealthy counties will just get rid of him and not tell him about various services he is qualified for.
