Don’t be fooled!! Girls dinner with 5 people and we were highly disappointed. Completely flavorless!! Cheese wheel isn’t real (they bring the cooked pasta out from the kitchen already with cheese sauce on it) throw it in and add pepper!! Table side Caesar Salad was wet and tasteless! We felt like we were getting punked!! Nothing was good, very upsetting!

Food was delicious. Had the best Chicken Parmesan I've ever had. My wife had the Sunday Gravy and it was the closest to her own that we have ever tasted, they must be from South Philly.

Obnoxious service regarding reservations. Basically they say they take them but only if they feel like it. They suggest you leave a message requesting a reservation but will only call you back if they feel like it. Showed up early just after 5pm empty resturant was seated right away. Why not call us and confirm? The entire floor staff was literally doing nothing waiting for guests The tableside preparations are fun, delicious and a must try. Our salad and entrees were prepared Grandma style. Big delicious portions all well executed. The name does this spot a disservice as you'd never know it was a quality family Italian Restaurant. This should be a 5 star review but the reservation nonsense is unacceptable.

They only book 2 weeks in advance.you leave a message on answer machine with reservation an they'll contact you if they accept.lots of luck.took me 3 years to get a res.they do have a bar where you can sit enjoy an app.if you're late they might have an open table on week nights.
Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Great service and excellent food.
Love 2825 and the owner Joe. He and his wife.are lovely people though im not sure if they sell gift cards. I can't imagine they would not.

Casual to formal. I wouldnt go so casual as flip flops or t-shirts and not as fancy as an evening gown or suit. Just wear something on the nicer side. My husband wore a nice button down shirt, well maintained/clean jeans and nice shoes.
First get a reservation. Parking is easy.
They created a beautiful seating area in the walk way between their building and the building next door. Also seating behind the restaurant.
I guess you can call. At least two weeks out for reservations. Small and cozy place.
