Wasn't a very clean area. They were very busy the day I went. It seemed like their employees were more into joking around than trying to get the orders. Other than very delicious sandwiches we had ordered.

I have been coming to the Schlotzkys on 29th for awhile now, I used to go to the one on Gage but I found the atmosphere was just consuming of air, the 29th store has energy and fun in the air and everyone is so friendly. I was there yesterday and was appalled that there was a little boy left In a car screaming for his grandpa! I have never seen this before! I was gonna call the police but a man came out of the store and got him and took him to the back of the store. I was relieved that the child was ok but I am not sure what the policy is about having kids in the work place. I am still coming to this store I just hope that it doesn't happen again

We are driving across the country. We saw this Schlotzsky's amd got so excited since it's been years and years since we've seen one. I placed an online order for the family deal 4 medium sandwiches, 4 chips, and 4 cookies. One of our family members went and picked it up. The sandwiches has hardly any meat or cheese on them. We didn't get any of the chips we ordered. They just threw in what they wanted. The cookies weren't what we ordered either and were all broken. Schlotzsky's has went down the tube. So sad.
