I went at 8pm and was halfway through ordering my meal on the drive thru screen when the employee told me the drive through was closed and I had to come inside. It was still light outside and I was the only customer. I don’t see why I couldn’t use the drive thru and why the screen is on if you can’t use it. I went somewhere else.

This place is messy with food, we had to correct our order twice. And when they finally got it right they were snippy and our sandwiches were covered in sauce all over the outside as well. Took us 30 minutes in the drive thru and then another 20 to correct our stuff

The Sub and Protein Bowl were great! However, my reason for 1 star is the staff on Saturday May 14, 1:30 pm were rude! The worst customer service I have witnessed anywhere in my 62 years! No words can describe how rude these employees/kids were. I asked girl who took my money if there was a manager on duty? She gave a smirk of a smile and said no! I asked when then? She said tomorrow. I plan on calling manager.

Made an order online and when I picked up the girl said she forgot one of the breads was different so she made them the same, so I said it was fine but when I got home both of the sandwiches were wrong with al kinds of ingredients I didn't ask for.
