My Wife and I have been patients here for over 30 years. The entire medical office has been wonderful at every level. I was very sad to see some of the negative reviews but some people write negative product reviews because a delivery person kicks a box. So please evaluate fairly. This office helped with early detection of my Wife's cancer and complete survival for 5 years currently. This office has also helped me over the 30 years keep me healthy and out of the Emergency Room or Hospital. I love the entire team at Bucks Family Medicine for all of the dedication in a very difficult field with the public. I HIGHLY recommend this medical office.

I feel the same way about the office staff as it seems everyone else does. I leave messages and never get a call back. The office staff is rude. I even was There one time a kid early 20s was at the desk with his feet up chatting with a friend on the office phone. I get it they are frustrated with Covid but they are looking like a sloppy mess up there!

I writing this on behalf of my dad who was a patient. He will be leaving this practice after 6 years. He loves the doctors, but the rest is trash. He was there a few weeks, ago with no issues. He called yesterday to make an appointment because his eye is swollen. They said they will not see him because he owes $49 for a missed appointment on May 31st. When he said he didn’t have an appointment, they told him it was scheduled a year, ago. This man is 73 and had brain cancer before so he can’t remember a year, ago. Why didn’t they call and remind him? Any other appointments they call. This makes us believe they are just trying to collect money for fake appointments. So be aware. I wouldn’t even leave them one star, but there’s no option. Also when I tried to become a new patient they gave me the runaround about why I couldn’t be a patient. Pure trash of an office.

Place has decent doctors but the billing department is trash. I've received multiple bills for my daughter's first visit over 2 years ago. I have followed up several times letting them know that the bill was not submitted right and I was told multiple times that it would be taken care of. My daughter has always been covered under state insurance and has been to this doctor for all her checkups and shots and insurance has taken care of the following bills and their has been no issue. The incompetent staff failed to submit the first bill correctly to her insurance so they feel like I should pay for their mistake. They threaten to terminate my patient status if I don't pay for their mistakes and refuse to be bullied and treated like this. Avoid this place until they get someone in the billing department who didn't eat paint chips as a child.
