There was no communication between the service "specialist" and me. He made me wait a long time and didn't call me to let ne know. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, he was very condescending.

These sorry people kept my car for 5 days before deciding they just didnt want to mess with it. Said there was to much wrong with it. Brennan wouldnt return my calls and dodged me after saying they would in deed diagnose my car. Be warned. They will waste your time and in my case your money.

I had my vehicle serviced the day before at Valvoline and they didn't get the filter box on completely, so I brought it here. I called the day before and asked if I could schedule an appointment, the guy said, "No first come first serve." So I show up the next morning at 7 and a guy asks, "Do you have and appointment?" Really bro? They took me anyways, but it took 4 hours to clean the mass air sensor, and replace the filter. I also requested they check the tire because it had a leak and rotate and balance. When they told me I was ready, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I'm driving on the feeder and the tire light comes on, for the same tire I asked them to check. So I got charged of rotate and balance and they didn't do it. Never again. Any other dealership but this one.

Dropped our 2018 Colorado ZR2 off at 8am on 9/20/22. Reason was because a Service axle notice came up each time the truck was started. Did not feel any difference when driving. Service tech was Isaiah. He told us when we dropped it off that we’d get the truck back in 1-2 weeks. We had to call multiple times a day. Multiple times a day because we were hung up on repeatedly. Someone in service would pick up the receiver & drop it. Dates not listed were no phone calls. Calls made to us are listed as well. 9/20, we were told that the differential harness and sensor needed to be replaced. Isaiah told us he ordered the parts and it would be done the next day. He also said he spoke to the extended warranty company and it was covered. 9/21, He made a point to say that it’s meticulous work to put back together & the tech is taking his time to make sure it’s done right. 9/22, We were told both were replaced, but it didn’t resolve the issue. It was the differential actuator which needed to be replaced. Insurance was sending an inspector to approve it. He told us that the extended warranty just saved us at least $3500. Each time we called, he told us parts were ordered, but hadn’t arrived. They’d be in the next morning. 10/3, the only phone calls received from Isaiah, he asked for our extended insurance phone number because the computers were down. He called us again the same day to let us know that we were no longer under extended warranty. 10/5, we were told that parts had been ordered. They were not local, so they were waiting on shipping, but should be here the next day. 10/6, we were told parts were in and it’d be ready on 10/10. 10/10, we were told the wrong gears were received and one-time use gaskets were needed. He found local, so should be in that day or the next morning. Truck will be ready in a day or two. Also, the service tech called in sick on 10/7 and 10/10. 10/11, we were told they are still waiting on parts. 10/12, we were told parts just came in. 10/13, frustrated, we drove up to the dealership to speak with the department manager. We were shocked to see the truck sitting in the parking lot. I wanted to know why a truck differential would be pulled apart during the day and put back together each night so it could be driven to the parking lot. We were introduced to Willy, who listened to our side of the story and complaints. He stated that the tech was out to lunch, but he’d speak to him afterwards. We decided to wait the 45 minutes. After more discussion, I told Willy that I had no faith in the service department and just want my truck. Looking under the truck, we could tell that none of the bolts had even been taken off the front nor the back. Nothing had been looked at in the 24 days it sat at the dealership. Furthermore, Willy let us know that bearings were ordered for the truck, not the harness, sensor and actuator that Isaiah told us was the problem. Willy spoke to his manager, then brought me my keys. I am glad that I wasn’t charged for any of the work that we all know was not done. We have been loyal customers for almost 20 years for different Chevrolets we have owned. We will never again use Westside Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle nor get a vehicle serviced again. We have lost all faith in your company because of the lies Isaiah repeatedly told for 24 days. Something needs to change with the service department. The guys hanging up on customers because they don’t want to take calls and not calling customers is not a good business practice. We cannot be the only customers complaining.
