Those are the state run guidelines that have been the same at every Dispensary that I've been to It's considered medicinal even in a recreational capacity, it's more like filling a prescription at a pharmacy. Hi, Richard! No, you can't. But after you sign up on the website, make a user name and submit your i.d., etc, it will let you place an order without charging you. You will get a text from a 3rd party company asking if you want to pay online. You have to link your bank account with this 3rd party company, then there's a $3 fee for allowing you to use their service. It's honestly a bit complicated! But they are no longer cash only, you can use your debit card when you go pick up your order. I hope this helps!
