Most important I didn't have to wait long to be seen it's was only a few minutes. Staff was very friendly and polite and it was obvious they experienced with the eye examination process. I will tell everyone about this Eye Institute.

I have a phobia of anything approaching or touching my eyes, and every other eye doctor I've seen has been impatient and hostile and made fast, jerky movements that scared me more. The student doctors at Chestnut Hill were very kind and patient when I told them I was afraid, moved at a normal pace that was reassuring, and let me have reasonable accommodations that no other place had allowed.
