This place never really has any food available no matter what time of the day I get there, from their hot dogs to any baked goods. It’s just almost always empty. This place is in bad shape because the staff don’t really seem to care at all. The floors are dirty, sticky countertops, barely any cups in stock. So filthy. The employees seem to always be on their phones rather than trying improve the store and help it out by actually cleaning the place up and checking on the inventory. They don’t understand their own rewards system or and can’t help customers redeem anything on the app and it’s like nobody’s really managing the store, just a bunch of teenagers watching over the place and just chilling. Really saddened because I was sincerely looking forward to having a 711 open up near me, and all I get is nothing short of a disappointment.

His name was I think Dominique? He had blonde hair. Working Morning Shift. Horrible customer service.Responded with a bad tone. The front girl was good but the guy serving the breakfast tacos definitely had an attitude. I hope y’all fix that. I didn’t even want to Oder extra tacos because of his attitude.
