Wow...where do I start! 15mins after purchasing vehicle engine light came on (Toyo, never addressed) and it was down hill from there. Within 3 months: from wrong spare tire in trunk, having to purchase new battery, having to replace a tire, towing the vehicle back to Toyo for them to repair a bad transmission... sitting in there shop over a month and was finally told cost would be over 4k to repair...I had the vehicle towed (another $150 spent) to a legitimate transmission shop, final cost was 1.3k for repairs. The stigma "use car salesperson" and the fear of getting scanned.... that's Toyo Financial Group.

I bought a Dodge Challenger 2014 from them December 23 2021 i had to take the car back to them on January 5 2022 car was running hot ; they supposedly fixed the problem . I got the car back on January 7th it was running hot once again by January 8th . They finally fixed it , it rode ok for about 2months on March 19 2022 the car broke down once again fuel pumps went out i paid a total of 585 dollars to fix the problem to the dealership (toyo auto center) you won’t believe me when i say this but today the car has broke down once again , my outside mechanic says it sounds like it’s the fuel pump went out again lol that’s crazy right . They don’t care about anything once you finalize the deal . This will be my 4th time getting this car fixed in 5 months . I said all that to say please take your hard earned money to a reliable trust worthy car lot . Not one that sells you shiny lemons

Mr. Wedlow, the customer you are referring refuses to give us insurance to title his vehicle stating that he purchased this vehicle cash and therefore does not need to provide insurance however; in the state of Texas you must show proof of Financial Liability in order to transfer your vehicle. Yes, we are in fact responsible for transferring a vehicle that we sell, but you must provide us with Insurance if no insurance is provided by the customer then we can not transfer. If we can be of assistance to you in providing information about the rules and regulations of the state of Texas please do not hesitate to call us we will be more then happy to answer any question you might have.
