Dave Gallo is very well versed in many different martial arts. He explains techniques and then shows how to apply them in real combat/fight senerios. I have been training in the Martial arts world for many years and by far Dave is one of the most knowledgeable instructors I've had.

I suggest that you call Sifu and he can answer your questions. I can tell you that we receive excellent training, Sifu is a great instructor. We have classes Monday through Thursday, 2 hours every night and a 3 hour class on Saturday.
I have bad knees but I decided to attend several classes before making my decision. As Josh mentioned, lots of hand techniques. Excellent instruction and a great group of people. I have been going now for 20 months. Best shape I have been in years. I highly recommend you come observe a few classes.
