I don't know why Buc-es's doesn't enforce their mask policy, but the times I've been there, I saw just a few people without masks or who had chin straps. One of their employees thinks a chin strap is ok, so management needs to talk to him.

And you the customer should check your items before leaving the store. They most likely would have been more accommodating to you if you noticed the mistake while you were at the register
