Went to facility for a burn. Did NOT know they were accepting patients with Covid symptoms. There should be a sign on door that states “We Covid Test” Previously having cancer, I avoid any and all places where Covid may more possibly be. But I’m sorry, I have a real issue with this… The dr treated a lady with Covid prior to me. I came right out and said if that patient you just treated has Covid to stay away from me I’ve had cancer. Needless to say, I left after spending hours there with only 2 people ahead of me… Had I known you could just walk in there with Covid, I would have never gone. So now I wait for the next 14 days to see if I get it… Also, what is the point of signing and filling out a paper asking if you have Covid symptoms! Plus the dr stated I won’t get it from her! Ok whatever! Highly upset!

This is the third time I have had to use this facility and each time everyone has been wonderful, friendly, and competent. I usually call ahead and they will let you know what the wait time is. But, usually it has been less than expected. The doctors are professional, friendly, and efficient.

Went in the place was empty but still couldn't see a doctor they said the best thing they could do was a phone call and he would diagnose me over the phone... How the hell can you diagnose someone over the phone might as well use Google to diagnose me Smh..

Was referred to go here from pcp. I went to covid location and test was negative then went her to see if its a different type of upper respiratory infection and was turned away. The broad at desk said go to ER. These places were created to help overflow of ER. And if you're not a nice people person get another job! Disgusting. I have never been treated so bad by a medical provider
