Dr Watts laughed at a patient that expressed worry of infection. Begrudgingly he did a culture of fluids only after she requested he document refusal of care, and realized the patient was in fact correct she had an infection that required antibiotics more than twice a day. If she didn’t fight for her care the infection would have turned septic. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Watts his grandiosity is incompetent at best.

The physcian is wonderful. He is patient and thorough. The front office staff on the other hand is an absolutely mess. I personally had to call to schedule the surgery after my appointment and also make payments. After my consultation, it was as if I wasn't acknowledged as coming in at all. The surgical staff and my experience the day of was amazing. My first post operative appointment wait was two hours and we had too wait in the car because they were so behind and the waiting room was full. When I finally got back to see the physician, it was a very quick in and out. He answered my questions, looked at my surgical site, and we were out in 5 minutes. SAVING GRACE.
