Greeter was amazing. Decent service. Seemed a bit rushed but we came in 1.75 hours before closing so not sure why that was the case. We had ordered a pecan crusted mahi mahi that was very below standard that has been set by many other restaurants. Drinks were delicious. Overall for a fine dining experience, it was definitely sub-par.

Still the best on the island! Ask for what they have off- menu. Get the Grouper if they have it.
It can go either way. I've seen people in dress clothes as well as beach attire at the same times. I was in shorts and t shirt last time I was there. Enjoy!I've been going to Gaidos for 40+ years. Definitely white tablecloth, but they know they are on the beach. I don't dress up for lunch, but I would for dinner. If I'm there for lunch, I'm coming off the beach. I clean up and am presentable, but not formal. The staff are not judgemental either way.
Servers wore masks, tables well spaced, sanitizer available at entrance and table.
I asked. It's Italian bread with cheddar cheese and herbs. They make it in house and it's delicious.
Yes. Heck, we needed reservations for last Wednesday at 5:30 lol
I'm thinking that yeah they will be. At least as far as I know Gaidos has always been a good holiday place to dine
Good food and wine
Tye ocean is across the street and a small parking lot from the seawall. You can see a limited view of the ocean from the seats along the windows.
Yes. It is upscale but in Galveston you have tourist. I think dressier at night. Great food!
It can be casual or dressy. It's up to you. It's a beautiful place to eat-dress like you want.
Send SASE
Pray 4 your alimentary canal.
No I don't think so
They do have gift certificates but they have to be used there At that location where they have Gaido's and Nick's restaurant
Seconded, this is definitely a question that should be directed at the restaurant instead of the public. I would suggest calling them and asking.... But then set up a reservation and have an awesome dinner!
2 weeks at time then a week buy if you could put a deposit I y might help
Not sure but I would think not. This is more upscale restaurant
No, this is not a restaurant that cooks what u catch. They have the freshest seafood on the island caught daily
