I dont know when it opened... When i went only the 1st floor was open and only 50% capacity. Open 11am 10pm and only certain appetizers and food are on the menu.

The prices are reasonable. I ordered the fish and chips for 21.99. For some reason the fish was really bad. The texture was as if the fish had spoiled. I did not eat it. The shrimp was great.
