They use an online service for that which stated they had none available when we wanted to go. Instead, they require someone to physically come in and put a name on the list. We were told it was an hour and 45 min wait, but it was really about 30 min less than that.

I dont know but the Pleasure Pier is where the Flagship Hotel used to be. Right across the street. Fishtales is the family's first choice for dining.
