Service was good but the gravy served with chicken strips was very watery. Whoever let this go out to a customer just didn’t care.

Listen.. we are all human. It's okay to make mistakes on an order. But to call someone a liar because only half of their food was handed to them... that's ridiculous. Just admit that someone made a mistake and move on. Staff is unnecessarily argumentative, and the food wasn't even that good.
