Worst chase branch ever. Today is the third time I wasted an hour trying to open an account for my father. Appears they are not interested in opening new accounts at all, I wonder why do they waste their resources to advertise the services they offer.

I’ve been trying for weeks to make it to this bank before the closed due to work to open up an account and possibly a savings account which I know nothing about, finally made it there today 20 minutes before closing, waited for someone to help me because the employees weren’t around, it’s 10 minutes until closing and finally the employees showed up. I noticed their attitude since the moment I told them what I needed, the gentleman first reaction was to look at his phone to check the time, then said “open an account?!, we close in 10 minutes though and it usually takes about 30 minutes to do that” I told him why I was there and that I needed information and he told me “yeah but we are about to close, so you can go online and open an account there and deposit the check you need to cash today”. So if they are not willing to help me out with information I’ll just try another bank. I get that nobody wants to stay longer than what they are scheduled because I work and I just want to go home the moment it’s time to go, but I’ve also stayed a bit later when we get a client that needs information and is not able to make it in on time due to their job. That’s just horrible customer service and they probably should do something else if they are not willing to help customers.

How does a bank atm in the lobby run out of money. They have 2 machines but one only allows a small amount per day
