Horrible , I put in a request in at around 8pm someone calls me at 9pm saying a tow truck was 15 min away and a hour later Im still waiting a female alone in a dark parking lot and it’s raining , I get it something’s are out of there control but honesty on a time frame would have been appreciated. Especially after I mentioned Im a female alone in a dark parking lot great customer service

If you have the option of going with any other company... do it. Not only do they take forever to show up, they will just blatantly lie to you about the reasons and the time. They won't even apologize. Tow companies are notorious for their lack of customer service but these guys are near the top of the worst ones I've ever dealt with. Myself and my family have been in the body shop and salvage yard business since 1972 here in Orlando.

Worst towing service. Told them to grab keys from center console. They grabbed keys from the ash tray. When I called them they just gave me the run around. Ended up paying for new set of keys I didn't need.
