Beautiful park! Safe. Lots of runners and strollers. Saw police patroling so that was comforting considering how long the trails are.

Yes so u get there early enough to get a good spot
The whole park closes at 10pm so you mos definitely will have to use the marina down the street for 24/7 accessibility homie.
Yes any public place you go to require you to have licenses. They are not expenses.
