The permits to drive through new Mexico is nothing but a money grab. The old woman working was angry but the officer I spoke with was super friendly.

We got to this port of entry at about 7:30P.M. MST on January 28 The woman that works at this port of entry is extremely rude and disrespectful. She was rude and disrespectful to every single driver waiting in line. We had all the information asked of us (IFTA, Registration, and DOT Number) before we got to the window. She asked for my name I gave it to her and spelled it out for her she immediately became irritated and cut me off while I was speaking and asked for my Driver's License. After that she asked for my weight and I gave the weight of the load not knowing she meant the gross weight. After that she became even more agitated. The final straw is when we had to pay a fee I was unaware of she didnt mention what the fee was for. I tried paying with my debit card which has the chip. The terminal wasn't working for the chip reader a couple times after I tried it. She then said in a condensing tone "your not supposed to take the card out". I tried to tell her it wasn't working but she didn't care. After I was done I went to the restroom and I could hear her be rude to the other drivers after me. After this experience I don't want to come back to New Mexico after dealing with this unprofessional behavior We as truckers work too hard to be spoken to in a negative way Especially During COVID-19

Man...This Dude had it Out for the Company I'd worked for..Told me that we're muti Violations...come to find Out...Just only had a flat Tire that just occurred before I got there..Then I took the tractor to Two Different Truck Stops..Say They couldn't find any of Violations...TWO DIFFERENT TRUCK STOPS..COULDNT FIND NUTHIN WRONG....SMH..WOW UNBELIEVABLE..
