Hello to whomever it may concern! I've been here for about a year myself and my 10 yrs old girl. Also my service dog which everyone loves he's so gentle with the kids and adults. when if first moved here with my oldest daughter. I always walk my dog and I would pickup trash to help out here cause I'm so greatfull to be here. I had a good report with the other maintenance tech. alot of the tenants where sad to see him go and for whatever reason! I think they made a bad desicion! he was very good and knowledgeable at what he did. I've got concerns about the cleanliness of the property trash everywhere and no wants to pickup after there dog and they let there kids run allover without supervision! it's a shame people can't teach there kid how to be respectful I will send pics

I like living here because they are good to me and my boys. They always handle my maintenance orders by next day. They let me volunteer with fun things for the kids. We now have a gym and other new things and they want my opinion.

Fantastic place to live. We are very happy here and Manager Kimmy is amazing. She goes above and beyond her job duties for the residents and especially the kids in the community. Which there are a lot of kids who play outside everyday, a very unique and wonderful community Kimmy manages.

Gabrielle ... since these other people’s comments from a year ago, the apartment are under a new manager (Kimmie) and she is ROCKIN’ AWESOME!!!
Hello Julie, Is there something I can assist you with? We are not governed by the Housing Authority. However, we do accept Housing vouchers.
Somewhat? They do have Section 42 apartments where the rent is Federally controlled to be lower than the average housing elsewhere, but prospective tenants need to fall under their income guidelines.

You typically have to be 18 or older to rent an apartment anywhere in the Treasure Valley (the region this place is located), and that holds true for this apartment community. Anything under 18 would have to be an emancipated minor not in college and working full time. Hope this is helpful.
