I've only been in the Nampa location 2 times and both times I have been happy. Customer service excellent from the younger guy that had helped me twice. Quality product that had helped me with chronic pain died the last 20 years. So glad I found them!

Went all the way over here and asked for menthol 50 nic juice. They gave me 2 small bottles in one box. Not menthol but the clerk said it was menthol. They sold me a burnt disposable once. Only some times have they been reliable. Never comming again.
