I start my route on boulder and college. So pretty much the start of the route and the buses always stink and are not cleaned and sanitary! I like the drivers they are always nice. During covid the buses were super cleaned. NOT ANYMORE. I just dont want to get sick or puke on the bus because it stinks and is unsanitary.

Literally the worst part about Las Vegas. If I could’ve given negative stars I would have. I’ve been riding these busses since I was a kid. They’re always dirty. The bus drivers are malicious. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been late because of the busses. I’ve had drivers refuse to stop at my stop (WHEN THERE WERE NO DETOURS). I’ve had bus drivers speed past my stop and leave me in broad daylight AND after the hours of 10 pm even though I was standing in a WELL lit area. The drivers are rude, condescending, and unsympathetic to anyone that rides these busses even though WE are the ones who put food on their tables. I’ve witnessed a bus driver trying to leave a girl because she was running to catch the bus, MADE IT, but dropped her phone and cracked her phone screen….he bus pass was on her phone still visible, it just wouldn’t scan. Luckily someone paid her way. The busses are often dirty, smell like urine, and ALWAYS breaking down….These drivers have NO RIGHT to treat people the way they do. The latest incident was my bus driver going past my stop and taking me to a bus stop where I didn’t know if the bus I needed stopped there or if I needed to walk it. I walked to the next bus and I said “Excuse me, I have a question”…he slammed the door in my face before I ever got the word ‘question’ out…I’m over it.
