20 minute wait is unacceptable to get answered to order food

I ordered a junior deluxe burger even though it's not on the menu. Other Sonics still make it even though it's not on the menu. This one didn't tell me they no longer offer it. Just brought me a regular junior burger. If you don't have it make sure the customer KNOWS. I would have ordered something else.......NOT HAPPY!

Food is good for small town USA, but these people that work in these places most don't have a brain and over charge ya & don't put the right orders together...We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us!
