You would think for a medium size town with not very much fast food joints that the food would be semi good. Just about everytime I order food, 65% of the time its either not what I ordered or as always, it's cold fries. It would seem like the whole staff would need better training in my opinion. Might consider a 4 star if they correct their orders.

My favorite McDonald's in Seneca Kansas. They do a good job of making fast food true to McDonald's quality requirements.

Usually I'm a huge McDonald's fan and I almost don't want to give this review. I'm 43 years old and I have been to many McDonald's all over, more than not McDonald's is usually a good experience. That being said the Senica ks McDonald's is the experience that has disappointed me every single time! This McDonald's is the absolute worst 😫. Management always changes new people come and go and never once have they ever not made me angry. From messing up my order to making me wait an insane amount of time. The best one is having me pull around to stall one and not telling me stall one is not visible from the drive through ... you actually have to circle around passed the exit like you are going through the drive through again. You won't know this unless you are a local. The second best bad experience that makes me laugh is I have never got a deluxe chicken sandwich correct from this location. Seriously next time I order from there because I have to for lack of no other McDonald's around. I will order just a plain deluxe chicken sandwich and post a photo of what this McDonald's thinks it is. I understand it's hard to find good help but almost every time I go??? That's just wierd.

Great experience. Employees were wearing masks and gloves. Took safety precautions and were super nice. Sadly there isn't indoor eating due to social distancing, but they left visible notes. They also have floor stickers to show the proper distance to stand while waiting in line.
