I’m make appointment 4.20 , they call me 4.20 and I talk her I will be there in 2 minutes, I’m arrived 4.22 and she just seat someone else with my barber, Robert ask to her if he put on hold to the other customer but she said not, really rude , the owners are great people but the lady in the front desk so unprofessional.

Walked in after work and noticed they had no customers waiting for a haircut. I should have just turned around and walked out. The lady in the back told me to have a seat and asked me what I wanted witch I replied “just a mid fade and scissors up top” she told me she does fades all the time. Let me tell ya, that was a lie. I walked out with patches, no blend and oh before I got up from the chair I asked her if she was going to edge me up. She told me she didn’t know how to and doesn’t want to ruin my hair line. Thankfully she was honest about that. Looks like I’m wearing a hat for the next few weeks
