It's a good place for deep cleaning they did a good job cleaning my teeth but I'm giving a 4 due to the insurance they don't take

Very disappointed, had an appointment schedule for 6 months and yet we waited to be seen for 40 minutes. They were behind on their schedule but did not notify us about it.

First off it was VERY difficult for them to verify my insurance they told me multiples time I probably didn’t have the coverage because they were struggling to verify… I had to insist that I do have insurance. It seemed like receptionist was just lazy.. The dentist has terrible bedside manor. She also made me bleed during her portion of the exam.. They tell me that I need a deep cleaning and refused to do a regular cleaning which I was already scheduled for. So I go up to the front to schedule this deep cleaning and apparently they can’t get me in till August?? Soo I need a cleaning so badly but let’s wait 6 months to do it? You have time for a cleaning today but not a deep cleaning and the only difference is that I’m locally numbed for it and it takes 2 visits? Then I’m quoted for this deep cleaning.. they had incorrect amounts for my co pays and argued with me on the subject before smugly commenting on my husbands rank in the military as it coincides to my copay amounts. Also the deep cleaning costs almost 800$ after insurance covers 70%. I’ve never had a cavity in my life, I don’t have gum disease, and they’re recommending an expensive laser treatment and deep clean.. this place is a SCAM!! I wouldn’t be surprised if they were booked out for these “deep cleanings” because they’re gouging the military community who hasn’t been able to get teeth cleanings for awhile since Covid started. I’m disappointed I waited over a month for an appointment with these people then wasted my insurance coverage on a useless exam. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable dentist.

To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.

Do you offer partial implants? My entire lower jaw is an issue as bone is deteriorating I have priced a total implant lower jaw, just can t afford 20,000 . I need 3 teeth replace asap so I looking into a partial implant to carry me through.
