almost impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule a scan. called at 3PM and still waiting for the scheduling department to answer my call at 4:20PM. I bet they will wait until 4:30 and hang up on me…

what a mess this place is. first called to make an appt and it took over an hour and 2 phone calls because the customer service and wait times are so bad. Then comes the appt.... I have had this particular scan done twice before so I share my concerns that it will come up blank again due to my body position. I explained this at registration where they said they would leave a note for the tech. I get in the room and the tech is unwilling/unable to accommodate or give alternative options so now at the point of exam im being told I can either do it their way or not at all. Great communication and flexibility by their stafff.....NOT. I have already submitted your stupid customer satisfaction survey with my contact info when you decide to give me a generic response to email you my concerns....

Although I live in GV was able to schedule a nuclear scan on Saturday at Westside location. I normally go to Siena but this was a stat so I needed first available. All went well with short to normal wait times.
Hi Joanne, I apologize for the confusion. Some of our facilities are open on Saturdays for specific modalities but not all, our hours are up to date on website sdmi-lv.com/locations. For X-Ray you can walk in on Saturdays at our Northwest location.
Most of our locations perform biopsies, but it really depends on the type of biopsy you need. You can call 702-732-6000 and press the prompt for scheduling and they will be able to help you.
Depending on procedure you cannot make an appointment. Walk ins only for most basic stuff

It depends on what test you need to have. Xray is the only thing we take walk-ins for. Everything else must be scheduled because alot of tests you will need to do a prep for.

I don't know about this one but the one on Maryland Parkway and Shadow Lane have a 3T MRI. I'm sure this one will get some in the future.
