I usually left the review for a good experience only but this time, I had to be nasty for this company. Customer service is non existent, very unprofessional and disorganized. One of the front desk lady was very rude and gave me an attitude to cover up her mistakes, staff doesn’t even know the their own policy but try every opportunity to make your life difficult. No one takes a responsibility but just blames each other. I hope HOA is not paying them more than the state minimum wage rate. I really wish you a good luck if you have to get anything done with them.

HOA, likes to complain about landscaping. And when you want to fix your landscaping problem, they hide. You can't get a hold of them, at the office or on the phone.

We don't pay nothing for the recreation center, we only pay HOA every month.
If you live in the Community it's Free, if you are a guest it's $7 for the day.
No, if your a resident you get a member card otherwise it's $10 per visitor accompanied by someone that has per day the membership from what I remember, their might be a detail I'm missing & or forgetting
