I was very nervous to have my consultation, however, it turned out to be a very enjoyable trip. My husband and I got there and were immediately treated by a nice front desk lady. She made sure I had my appointment and told us to wait a little. The lobby was on the second floor and super clean. After about 5-7 min of waiting I was called in (my husband could not come with me due to COVID precautions). I was taken to the very nice room and while I was waiting for the doctor I was given an opportunity to watch the video about my future surgery and it pretty much answered most of my questions. Shortly after the video another lady came in and measured me and made sure I tried different sizes for my future surgery. I never felt rushed, everyone was very patient. The doctor came soon after and had a consultation with me where he made sure he answered all the questions I had. I didn’t feel pressured into anything or hurried. Dr Smith answered all my questions and when I was leaving I was not scared of the surgery anymore. Right after I talked to Desiree, the financing manager, and she gave me different options and different ways to pay for my surgery. No pressure and no judgement from her side as well. We chose the best option and picked out the date of the surgery and that was it! Super nice and easy! It is very easy to feel judged in places like plastic surgery clinics but I felt ZERO judgement. Every single person that I dealt with was very nice and professional. I am looking forward to have my surgery with them! Update: I love my breast augmentation and will definitely recommend Dr Smith to anybody who will want to do it!
