This location was extremely busy this evening around 5 pm on 10/3/22. We waited about 30 plus minutes for service...not a problem because we needed a phone. Once we got service, from who I now know is the manager, it was awful...all the i phones where sold out and no matter what questions we asked her...she told us to go to the app...if she had let us talk she would have known tht the app was sold out also...we needed to know the next step and weather we could pre pay for a later delivery...extremely unprofessional and the passive aggressiveness was not needed...

Do not purchase a wireless phone from Xfinity I paid my phone off 2 years ago and they are refusing to take the carrier block off because I no longer desire to do business with them. I have called several times and they keep trying to blame Apple but Apple does NOT put a carrier block on the phone. I will be reporting this matter to BBB

Every month I come to this location and every month it’s the same unpleasant experience . The entire staff is unprofessional . Specially the manger Paul Carter . He is not customer friendly. He always has a attitude while helping with customer solutions. I never leave this location with my issues handle. It always ends with me having to still call over the phone to get a resolution.This is getting out of out hand and something has to be done about this location staffing . If I can give them a zero stars I would . There have been no improvements with the staffing team in months and it’s ridiculous .Usually when you have a better team lead the other employees attitudes follow. Maybe they need a better leader so that they won’t be so rude and will actually like to do their jobs.
