Sooo? My mother has polymyositis and we are looking for a new rheumatologist. I google, they popup and check their website. I see they have her condition listed on there. Cool! I call to make an appointment and ask the scheduler, which Dr specializes in polymyositis and she places me on hold. She comes back on the line and said “the Dr said they don’t deal with that and I need to call Infectious Disease” I replied “ then you need to take it off your website and her condition is not an Infectious disease, it’s autoimmune” then I hung up. If I were you, I’d run fast away from here. BELIEVE all of the negative reviews. Any rheumatologist worth their salt KNOWS, it’s an autoimmune disease and not infectious. I’m writing a bad review based off a phone call, I couldn’t imagine having them treat her or anyone else for that matter. I wish Dr. Mitchell hadn’t retired because I sure would report them.

The first visit was nice with Dr.. Okey. The second was to do another lab test. The third visit he said he didn't know what was wrong and it would take to long. He recommended i go get a second opinion with know diagnosis. I felt like he didn't care at all. He just kept saying get a second opinion and it would take to long to find out. Dr. Okey said ill just put something on your chart.

I would recommend find another rheumatologist.

Had been receiving care there for 8 months. I had received a referral to them provided my insurance and thought all was well. After 8 months if care I had called in for a refill and got a call back from a very rude office staff woman who informed me the Dr wouldn't be refilling my prescription because apparently my insurance was out if their network. She told me she was doing me a favor because I was incurring a huge debt.!!! Obviously their staff made an error in in accepting my insurance, and basically shouldn't have. I was dropped with no refills and no care. I will be filing a complaint with the state medical board. Patient abandonment. I do not reccomend going here. From other reviews I have read this is not unusual for them. As an add on I did like Dr O....I feel the failure came from office staff but either way, unacceptable!!

It is best to go in person. I experienced a similar situation and when I got there it was the phone systems. Dr. "O" is very thorough.
Yes they closed before Christmas thru this week, they should be open this Monday.
Dr. Okey is an excellent doctor
Depends on your insurance, sorry not more helpful
The office staff is do bad if you had a heart attack they would make you call 911 while they sat there.
Do not go to that doctor does not help you life many analyzes and appointments very second but it does not heal you. Ask your family doctor to give you blood tests for rheumatoid, ANA and then somewhere else, the common medicines are not enough help. Good luck
