I experienced church authority lying to me. It seems used to cover up and not address actions of those in authority. What they preach and what they practice is opposite. The new pastor is controlling and troubling. Long time church goer. They recently have a new pastor. This church has a large open area up front and play songs encouraging dance and celebration. They also have flaggers on stage. I have a flag as well I use in worship with “Jesus” on it. Average size. I was carrying the flag in my hands only and walking in the open space while in praise/worship. The new pastor came up to me and grabbed ahold of my shoulder and told me to stay in one confined place. The song that they were playing was a dancing song that honored King David for dancing in a loin cloth and praising God. Me simply walking around was too much for this new pastor. He told me I was distracting him and I said respectfully that’s his issue and I am going to continue to worship. Although it would have been more comfortable for me to stay unmoving from the start, I felt God calling me to celebrate him so I did. I think many other people were urged and followed Gods lead as well as soon many people came to the front during the worship service, more than usual and the worship time extended, God was doing something special that day. The pastor preached a message on letting your light shine bright. Don’t let anyone dim your light and when you are active and on fire as a seen example for Jesus you are building His kingdom. I went to the pastor after the service and said it’s my practice to talk when something is bothering me, and what happened bothered me. I said I felt called by God to worship. We are commanded in scripture to love God with all our strength, soul and that He deserves worship. This song singing mentions David dancing with all his might, here I am only walking. Some charismatics run. I expressed my concern that it would be much easier for me to stand still and do nothing, but I really felt God speaking to me to celebrate Him, and I did so even modestly. I’ve felt before what it’s like to ignore a calling from God due to comfort or fear of others and I don’t want to ever feel that again. The pastor told me I must stay in one spot if I have a flag in my hand and that they would escort and confine me to an area in the future. He told me David could do that because he was the worship leader, but not me. He also used misinterpreted scripture saying “The spirit of the profit is subject to the profit.” And told me that means if he, the pastor, tells me to do something I’m subject to him and I need to do that and I’m not at fault then to ignore instruction from God. I have this all recorded as it was important to me. I told him I have to listen to God above men, the pastor told me I needed to find a new church then. The pastor has some Napoleon Syndrome. He told me he was the pastor, not me. As if I didn’t know. Domineering spirit. Why would anyone grab and stop a person worshipping when they are walking, touching no one? He tried to claim I was blocking something, but it’s impossible for me to block anything on their massive stage, and staying in one place does not any less block anything. I asked if there was a board I could speak to about this and he laughed and said I’m the highest! Asking one of his standby people “I’m still the pastor here right?” I said there’s no board I can speak to? And eventually he did say there was a board I could talk to. So I found a board member Larry Hamilton and spoke to him about my concerns. Asked about flag rules. He told me to send an email with my concern and he would bring it to the rest of the board and get back to me. That day I emailed. Later that week I texted asking if he received it and he said yes. It’s now been a month and they didn’t get back to me. It seems they’d rather sweep it under the rug and ignore me as it’s easier than addressing people in positions. I did take the pastors advice and found a new church. I’m glad I have freedom now not constricted.

The church is non-denominational and yes they allow the Holy Spirit to have its way it's wonderful you should check them out.

I dont think so. I've called them & left messages off & on for over a year. Noone returns calls, cuz this was also my question as to if there was any transportation. I was able to get there twice & church members said no, no transpo.
Summerlin and The Mountain campus service times are 9 & 11AM. I believe the Dream Center is 10am. Hope this helps.

Hi there, we do have a worship team. Sometimes our choir will join them. However it is not like a traditional choir for example; like a traditional choir at a Presbyterian church, of which we attended many years ago.

Yes, they mert on Wednesday nights at 6:30 P.M. inside the Chapel at ICLV. The Chapel is located on the same property however a separate building. Anyone can help you when you get there.
I really dont know how many ICLV can seat, I know it's a lot. I've been going there for probably 8 years. Rededicated my life to the Lord and was baptized there. That church is on fire for the Lord.
Bible study or growth groups us on wednesday evenings. Starts at 7pm. Great opportunity for fellowship and worship
