We had a great Easter surrounded by other like minded people, it was a great time. I'm not a member of any specific church but I've been to a few different churches such as Discovery Church and Destiny Church here in town but wanted something new. I was very happy to visit The Springs Church along with my in-laws and my 16 Month old son. Upon arriving everyone was joyful and pleasant. We checked my son in quickly and got him settled into the 0-2 aged room for care.(they provided 2 tags 1 for him and 1for me to show upon pickup for safety, nice!) It was his first time being cared for by anyone who wasn't family, it was tough to leave him upset in there but I was assured that he would be cared for and within 5 minutes they had calmed him down and he was happily playing with a few other youngsters. I was so happy that the woman who was in there with him seemed so nurturing, she was able to keep him occupied for the hour I needed. They even gave me a beginners Bible book to take home.♥️ The service was to the point and had a wonderful singer for any songs they played. I like when the service is focused on the writing of the Bible and not stories the pastor wants to tell or jokes. I enjoyed it and all the other visitors were very uplifting during the songs it just felt good. The pastors wife was just a doll! After the service we spoke a bit while I picked up my son and unfortunately they'll be moving soon but the new pastor introduced himself to us and seems great! We had plans for breakfast after but the church did have some doughnuts and other items. 🙏 Absolutely no one made us feel uncomfortable and no one was over barring or pushy, just kind like minded people all under gods roof enjoying the feeling of community. They also had the weekly Tithing printed on the pamphlet they handed out which was actually so refreshing to me! The other churches I've been to would never do that and that says something about them that I can't even explain. So thank you for that also. nice people, we loved the message, The Presence of the Lord is there, but the worship didnt do it for me i guess im low sound & she’s a high singer so it was hard to sing along.. but all n all it was a good church.. great for a change of pace or if ur church seeking this could b a great place for you..
