I have to say this has got to be the WORST mental health clinic in the world. If all you’re looking for is a listening ear, then go ahead and spend your money on Lifeways. But if you really need help, find a professional that will actually help you. Every person I know, including myself, has not been helped by any of the counselors. I know someone who shows all signs of Borderline Personality Disorder who has been going to Lifeways for many years and all they could do is tell her to continue what she’s doing. I suffer from severe anxiety and all they could do for me is tell me to practice mindfulness. If I could sue them, I would.

I do not like calls(seeking payments) in which they do not identify where they are calling from, just a call this #. I think it is unethical to block caller ID.

If there was any way to post zero. I would. The psychologist will take the word of a dangerous client on ice than they would a family member whom is clean. This psychologist then proceeded to beat my husband to a pulp. The staff heckled my husband and asked if he was ony mood stabilizers. The same question was asked 60 times by ambulance personal. The same was so for Ontario hospital er quickly kicked him out without much of an eximination.. The police were supposed to arrive,yet the insisted the police were not coming so a report could be filed. One was filed with Mal Co Sherrif.
