The service from the front desk was excellent and the Dr was ok. The girl blonde inside that came in the room to fill out papers were rude and uneducated. Horrid employee and we were there because our cat was dying. Teach her compassion and to learn on treatment to people. Horrid experience.

This place is absolutely horrible. Last Saturday was my worst nightmare, someones dog attacked my dog. I had to take him here to have surgery! I paid out of pocket for a 713.00 surgery, I was given a $140 refund and my pup was sent home with stitches in the most movable area on his body! So days later after using the bathroom and basically just walking from his cage outside to the bathroom,a few his stitches came undone, they’ve REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY! They won’t even see my dog after BOTCHING his surgery without a $200 exam fee!! They BOTCHED THE SURGERY AND NOW HE HAS AN INFECTION! This place is the ABSOLUTE worst and they take NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!! Stitches were not the best choice for the wound and they don’t give a care in the world that my dog is dying!

They lack of sympathy and make us feel rejected when they prioritize a costumer who checked in before us and happened to be white.

Poor customer service, long wait and the staff lacks of sympathy. You don’t want your pet to be under their care while going through an emergency.
