This Pharmacy is always kind and helpful. They have shown me that they genuinely care about their customers well being. They ask about my kid because I'm typically there for her medicine. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. This helps take a small amount of stress off of a single mom with special needs kids.

This is the worst Wal Mart I never went to in my life. The pharmacy is not professional and never had the order ready for pick up. I wanted in over an hour for pick up and they still didn't have it ready. Please don't even try to get a manager its a waste of time. I call Pedro Ramos and never got anyone to pick up. The workers came he was not there and had no idea when he would be in. The most horrible customer service ever. I see why people go to target.

Yesterday Christy spent almost two hours on the phone with my insurance and mail order pharmacy getting over rides on three medications that I needed. The customer service was beyond excellent. Then Dulce took her time and made sure we had all five of my medications from my written list. Great experience and very glad I chose Walmart to be my pharmacy.
