I was debating if i should write this review or not and after much thought and consideration , its fair that I do. To start off, Ive been a loyal customer and my kids to this place for ten years. When they moved thier sister location to downtown, i started going there because it was closer to willard. After today I will NOT ever be back or my childern. Ever. And hope to save single parents or anyone for the matter trying to make ends meet from making a huge mistake by wasting their time by going HERE. I was told on the phone that im due for eye glass exam and new glasses, so i made a apt went in today did the exam. No ONE told me they were going to do a contact exam, but as i was TOLD i thought she was giving me a trail pair just because i was out of contacts and glasses are broke thats why I was doing my glasses exam... After the exam they told me i CANT get glasses with my insurence untill jan. ( Again, NOT what i was told on phone and in person last week when getting my kids glasses)They pressured me intoBUYING glasses TODAY TODAY couldnt help me qith my old glasses becauae they said its been too long. Charged me for contact exam which I WASNT aware thats what they were doing. So i left with NO glasses PAID for a exam that i didnt even kNOW i was paying for let alone doing and then tried to talk to me like I was stupid for their mistake . Ill never be back . Moral of story, they lied on phone, said i was ELIGBLE for glasses just to get me in there and tell me i cant get glasses WHICH thats why i was there but yet charge me for contact exam that i didnt asK for. Never again so the money you guys okie doked me out of was going to be for my kids today to do something fun that we had planned for weeks. Im so furious and upset by this. Your doctor put contacts on my eyes THAT I cant even SEE out of theyre blurry. After trying diff ones three diff times i had enough. Asking me the same questions if i watch tv or on computer all day like??? GET MY CONTACTS right theyre BLURRY. I was ready to leave . Poor service to the MAX! Take your business elsewhere if you want good correct service and not looked at dumb because of their high pressured mistakes. Im disgusted by the lack of basic human interaction . I felt like I had a ten year old looking at my eyes and talking to me . Take ur business elae where trust me .

Everyone from the Receptionist, the ladies that did the scans on my eyes, the doctor that was so thorough, and Christie that worked on the glasses were fantastic! I’ll definitely return and would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses.

The staff, especially Christy, was especially helpful. Love going to the downtown Vision Clinic! Christy is the bomb and provides great customer service! I’ll be back to the downtown one for sure.
