I receive excellent medical care here. Robyn Yost is amazing. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she listens and doesn’t make you apprehensive to ask a question. Connie wears many hats and is always pleasant and the clinic manager is great too!

This place is so great! The staff is so wonderful. They make you feel at home and are happy to assist howeve they can to support the patient is putting their health first. Onlg downfall is you might not alwyas see a Dr. However they have nurs practitioners that are super!

in order to be seen by the clinic, you must bring in 1) a current ID, 2) two months most recent pay stubs for everyone in household, 3) food stamp award letter including current name, address, and benefit amount (can be found easily at MyDSS.mo.gov, 4) documentation of elegibility of federal, state, or other income benefit assistance including SSi, SSD, VA, and/or workers comp. 5) some applicants may be asked to supply a recent medicaid denial letter, verification of shelter, a notarized letter of support, and/or a letter of health insurance termination.

What if your unemployed? Can you still see a doctor?

MSU Care is like Primary Care Physician, they do not have dental there. They would suggest you looking to Jordan Valley or Lift Up Springfield.

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday 10 to noon and then 3 to 5 on Thursday though in the afternoon it is 5 to 7. There was at one time a picture but the owner must have removed it.

MSU Care does not take Medicare. To be seen at MSU Care, you must be COMPLETELY uninsured.

Come to the clinic and fill out new patient paperwork. Once you qualify by income guidelines, you can be scheduled for an appointment.

Yes, if the patient is already an established patient of the clinic, and if one of the providers has an opening.
