All in all, it was the usual experience. It was pretty clean, but the staff has absolutely no personality. One woman didn't know how to do anything, and the guy getting the prizes for the kids couldn't even muster up a smile... You work with kids. Learn how to, or get a job at McDonald's. If you want your kids to completely enjoy themselves, go to another location, as they deserve better.

The location is good and there are car parking, good place for kids there are many games and food for kids but there is bad order in the area

Hey Chuck E. I’m back 10/7/22 I visited this location and I had a great time there was more game selection then in kedzie and the food was great I glad I was able to see the animatronics perform I’m on a mission to visit every Single Chuck E. Was like a trainwreck, security guards sent of off time eating , two and a half hours I was there .the staff took forever the manager was downright rude and so were the security officers spent more time eating and going outside than they did watching the place. tried to make a complaint about being ripped off by their machine that takes pictures,paper was blank all the kids were putting money in there and not getting pictures. I was totally ignored and so where the other parents I would definitely not recommend this place.over crowed mess
