The employment here is usually very kind and helpful. As a customer, I'm not an expert at mailing packages, however the lady working the desk October 11, 2022 at 12:30 pm seemed to think it appropriate to raise her voice at me for not filling out a certain form that I had never heard of. I made it known that I was not familiar with the process but she treated me like I was an incompetent person. She was not helpful whatsoever. In fact, I felt the need to just leave without mailing these packages because I was on the verge of emotionally breaking down. I cannot return here for the concern of running into this unkind woman again.

Justin is the most positive, patient, and helpful Post Office clerk I have ever associated with. My wife and I were looking for a package we could not locate and Justin helped us figure out the issue. Best Post Office experience ever!

The woman I spoke to this morning was very condescending and rude when I told her I was here to pick up a package that had my wrong address. She assumed that I was wrong instead of being nice and helping me. No smile, no “hi how are you?” She was just downright rude

There is a truck that goes out at around 3:30 PM that I always try to make. There may be others but I don't know of them.
It depends. You could see it if you have the tracking code for your package
Talk with the apartment manager. If the manager can't help you, they will probably have you talk to the post office. It will depend on who is authorized to access the mailboxes.
