So awesome! I kept having pain in my left hamstring, it was getting better but still not fully recovered. I went to Carr and he tested it and looked at my stride, then eased my fears about it being something more serious. (It was most likely something muscular that just is taking a while to heal). He worked with me to make sure I was aligned when doing strength exercises like squats and lunges, then gave me a stretching routine to help make sure I got better alignment and stayed injury free. The best healers are those that give you the tools to heal yourself and Cory Carr is an awesome healer! Super easy to schedule an appointment too. When I was going to write down the stretching routine he gave me, he just made a quick video for me instead and texted it to me. So convenient and tech savvy. Just an all around awesome experience here. I don’t think I’ll have any issues if I use the tools he gave me properly, but if I ever did I know who I’d go to! Thank you!
