I took my bike in for an oil change and new tires. I was billed for both of these things. Tires were installed, but the oil was not changed. Or at least I suspect so. The filter that was on the bike when I took it in, remained. But the biggest fail of all is that the axel nut on the front fork WAS NOT re installed. Creating a potentially fatal situation. Cannot recommend.

As long as you have a clean title they should
I'm not certain if they have an internet department to review your question. This is more of an old school bike shop. With that being said, there's a good chance they will have what you need in stock. I would call them.
