CVS has improved... In my visit today, an employee by the name Zahra greeted me as I walked in the store. She has good product knowledge and located quickly what I came to find. At checkout, Zahra updated my account information. She was polite and thanked me for shopping CVS, then said "have a great day "! Other stores in the area could benefit better with employees like Zahra. I will be a return customer.

Lately I have had to wait at the pharmacy in long lines and when I finally get to the counter there is always a problem. Today after getting two prescription they didn't have time to get my third because they were going to lunch. They said to come back after lunch. That was the last straw for me! They get one star from me!
