So, I like it, but this is the only place I've gone without my family lately, and now I have covid. Hmm. Still, I like that you can go in, do your thing, and leave, all with whatever level of interaction you want. The Black Card massage chairs, water bed thing, and red light chamber are really nice. I have a bad sacroiliac joint, and the aqua massage really helps it. The full body is fun! I have no idea if it's doing anything (and I have my suspicions that small, warm, unventilated rooms just MAY be a great place to get covid) but I enjoy it anyway. Just make sure you sanitize equipment well before and after, and maintain social distance, if you're into that kind of thing. Oh! Hannah is really nice and helpful!

Clean, friendly staff, and usually no problems getting on a machine. Tanning beds and massage chairs/beds are a nice bonus!

Agreed!!! I work weird hours. And my 2 main nights to work out are friday and Sunday nights. The city should not try to dictate hours!!! What do they care??? I have a 40 min drive 2 nights a week to get to work out. Its ignorant

Yes I love that response..I feel the gyms should be open to suit the needs of different lifestyles..I'd like longer hours and training on-site if possible..tbh they easily could be open till 12am and 10pm on weekends there's tons of people looking for later hours..
They do and they don't charge when we signed up they gave us a schedule of all the training the personal trainer does everyday
You have to wear a mask to enter the building, also all the employees watch you at the desk and on there cell phone not cleaning the facility like there suppose to and if your standing there in-between sets you are required to put the mask on if not they come talk to you and if dont comply they will kick you out.

Freedom Fitness & Blue Springs fitness have saunas. Most things (in a gym environment) that can make people uncomfortable will not be at PF.
They actually have a $10 day pass, it if you decide to get a membership that $10 goes toward your membership
