I would leave 0 stars but I had to leave a star to leave a review. I do not recommend this provider at all. I arrived to the appt. 5 minutes late because the office is difficult to find. The female office staff member was extremely rude. I tried to ignore it but she persisted with just being unnecessarily ugly to me and my son. I addressed it and asked to speak with the office supervisor who was the doctor himself. The lady just smirked at me and said she would get him. Dr Chu took a while before coming. I tried to just say there’s no reason for the staff to be rude to us. We’ve never been to that office ever. He cut me off and told me he knows his staff and they are never rude. I told him I am not going to receive service where the staff are so rude to me and my son. He never apologized for the staff’s behavior and told us we can just leave then. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way at a provider’s office. I’m very glad this happened before I allowed him to treat my son.

Was very happy with my visit to Dr Chu! He eased my worries and explained things in terms that were very easy to understand. When I was worried about hearing loss he even offered to administer a hearing exam. Would recommend!
