This has by far been my best vehicle rental experience with Enterprise, and I have Danny the Branch Manager and his team to thank. Also Aaron from the Matteson location who stepped in to assist when Danny wasn't available. We received what we requested but it was so much better than we imagined. A top notch vehicle that was clean and rode like a dream.We were treated professionally by a warm welcoming staff. Due to the high gas prices, after a few days we needed to switch vehicles and without hesitation Danny told my husband and I to come in and he set us up with a different more gas friendly option...there was a little hiccup with the vehicle but we got that taken care of without issue. I will definitely return and recommend this brach for future vehicle rentals. They truly made a stressful time a lot smoother.

Several people have the same question. Based on several searches, they do NOT offer senior discounts.
It depends on whether or not you paid the liability insurance through them or kept it through your own insurance. Call them first either way.
It all depends on what car you need. Economy, mid-size, or luxury. They might be running a special also, as Ms Sharon said...give em a call. Hope this is helpful.

First it depends if you're paying what a debit card or credit card if you playing with it debit card you would need like a bill with your current address on it but if you pay with a credit card they will ask you what's your current address
